This is the original factory sample card for the Phenix City Police Reserve patch. Patch sample measures about 4" high by about 4" wide and is attached to a 5" by 8" sample card that once belonged to the Leonard Corporation of Philadelphia PA. Leonard Corporation was a large patch manufacturer that has been out of business for many years.  Patch has the old style cheesecloth backing.
