    Description

    1997 Black & Tan lidded stein. This 9 1/2" lidded stein was made in Brazil by Ceramarte. The 1st in the "American Originals" series. The series commmorates early Anheuser-Busch beers brewed before Prohibition. The series starts with the brand Black & Tan, a porter beer initially brewed in 1899. The center graphic depicts the original Black & Tan bottle label with a early version of the A&Eagle logo. The pewter lid is deeply eched and the handle is in the shape of a beer tap. Individually numbered.  Original box.
